We are months behind. Can you still take us?
Yes. Catch-up is the most common starting point. After the free review we quote a single flat price to bring everything current, and monthly service starts once the cleanup is done.
What software do you work in?
QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you are on spreadsheets or desktop software, migration to one of the two is included in your catch-up quote.
Who actually does the work?
A named bookkeeper on our team owns your account, and every close is reviewed by a senior before it reaches you. You will know both names.
Do you replace our accountant or CPA?
No. We keep the ledger clean all year and hand your CPA a tax-ready package in January. Most clients find their tax bill for prep drops because the cleanup work is gone.
What if we want to leave?
Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. The books are in your software under your login the whole time, so there is nothing to hand back.
