How our bench is vetted
Every delivery carries the name of the senior specialist who signed off on it. Here’s how someone earns the right to do that — and what happens on the occasions work misses the spec anyway.

A work-sample assessment, not a resume screen
Every applicant completes a work-sample assessment in their category — they earn a slot by producing, not by writing a good profile. Submissions are graded with AI assistance and spot-checked by a human reviewer, and we refresh the assessment itself periodically so it stays a real test of current work, not something that can be prepped from circulated answers.

Slot limits tied to demand
Each category holds a limited number of specialist slots, and the cap follows demand: slots open when order volume in a category supports them, not before. That keeps everyone on the bench actually producing — nobody is juggling forty clients while yours slips, and nobody holds a slot they aren't using.

A named senior sign-off on every deliverable
Vetting doesn't stop at the door. Every deliverable — Express or Studio — is reviewed, corrected where needed, and signed off by a named senior specialist before it reaches you. Nothing ships until a vetted human puts their name on it.

When work misses the spec anyway
Deliveries are judged against the written acceptance criteria you approved at order. If one misses, it's redone free by a different specialist — fresh eyes on the same approved checklist, not a defensive patch job by the person who missed it.

A small bench, on purpose
We’re building a founding bench, and it is small — deliberately. We would rather concentrate work on a few vetted people who clear the assessment than spread it across an open pool. That’s why some categories show founding slots instead of open ordering: a closed category takes no payment — you reserve a founding slot, and ordering opens once a vetted specialist can sign off work in that category and demand there proves out.
