Send your brand assets as well — logo, fonts, colors, and any photography you want used. Imagery is a choice you make at order time: supply your own photos, have us source commercially-licensed free stock, or skip photography. When we source it, the license and the source of every image are documented with the delivery. One limit worth knowing before you order: a free stock license covers the photographer's copyright, not the likeness of the person in the shot, so we do not publish a recognizable face in an ad or asset without a model release. Faces need released or paid stock, which sits outside the base price and is quoted as a change order before anything is bought.

Meets the written acceptance criteria you approve at order — or we redo it free with a different specialist. If the redone delivery still fails the approved criteria, you get your money back. The standard isn't opinion — it's the written checklist both of us agreed to before a dollar changed hands.

If the delivery misses a criterion you approved, that's a defect — we fix it at no charge, as many times as it takes to meet the checklist. If you want something that wasn't in the criteria, that's new scope: we quote it as a paid change order, and nothing is billed until you approve it.
